Math - Multiplication of 2 and 3 & Grammar from the blog

We had speed multiplication games in class today. We worked in our groups for the first part of the game where we were tested on addition as well as multiplication tables of 2 and 3. We took turns to toss the sponge dice, add up the two numbers mentally before multiplying the number with 2 (for round 1) and after that, by 3 (in round 2). Our group members were allowed to help at this stage.
After recess, we were assessed individually. We were given whiteboards and markers to write division number sentences with the answer based on a given set of questions. We were thrilled to be given the opportunity to use the whiteboard and marker for this game. It was something different from our usual Math class.
Miss M used some of the comments we had left in the Comments Box of our blog for our English lesson. She used them to teach us grammar. We worked in groups to correct the comments assigned to us before appointing a member to present our answers to the class.
